Romielyn Joson is a dynamic entrepreneur and community leader with a wealth of experience across various industries. She is the CEO and founder of WEALTH in BEAUTY, LLC, and owner of WealthLux Media, combining her passion for beauty and media to inspire and empower. As a brand partner with LivePURE Global and an independent agent for SwipePort, she supports wellness and delivers customized merchant services solutions. Romielyn’s entrepreneurial journey includes ventures in the construction-distribution and wedding industries. Currently serving as the Director of Education and Training with COFACC, she is committed to advancing professional development. An avid athlete who recently competed in a bodybuilding competition, she also gives back to her faith community as an usher and choir member at First Baptist Roswell.
As someone who has dedicated her career to building businesses, fostering connections, and empowering others, She believes she has the experience and passion to serve as PACCGA President. Her journey across industries has taught her the importance of resilience, adaptability, and vision—qualities that she believes are essential to drive PACCGA forward. In her role as the Director of Education and Training with COFACC, She had the privilege of helping others grow and realize their potential, which aligns deeply with PACCGA’s values. Her works in beauty, media, and financial services has given her insights into what businesses need to thrive, and she's committed to sharing that knowledge to support our members. Beyond business, her involvement in her community, whether through her church or as a passionate athlete, has kept her grounded and focused on serving others. Fun fact about Romielyn: She is a Muay Thai fighter who lives by the practice of Kaizen. She challenges herself each year around her birthday by doing something that scares her and fuels her growth. She is also officially a CrossFit workout leader, gearing up for her certification training in January 2025!
Vice President: Arlene Dizon
Arlene Dizon is a Residential, Commercial and Luxury Real Estate Professional with Coldwell Banker Realty servicing all areas in Georgia. She is also an active real estate investor who is passionate about helping others achieve their property and financial goals. Aside from real estate, she is the founder of The Bow House LLC, a dog training, boarding and daycare facility catering to all breeds in the Northeast area. Fun fact about Arlene: She has been riding a motorcycle (Harley Davidson Softail Slim) for 6 years and founded an all-female motorcycle group called the Litas Lake Lanier
Secretary and Legal Counsel: Suzette Broderick
Suzette is an attorney with the Broderick Law Group, a law office that handles personal injury law. Her journey in law is not only seeking justice but also understanding the fabric of the community, the businesses, and the people.
One thing she learned in her career is the importance of working behind the scenes. The most impactful changes often happen in the background, through diligent work, thoughtful strategy, and relentless dedication. This philosophy deeply influences her approach to serving as the Secretary. In her role, she is committed to bringing a meticulous eye for detail, a steadfast commitment to our members' welfare and a passion for seeing our community thrive.
Treasurer: Jane Rolen
Jane is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified PMI-Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP). She is currently a Management and Program Analyst with the Center for Automation, Security and Integrity of Social Security Administration (SSA). Jane has worked for the federal government for over 25 years and held several responsible positions from Operations Supervisor, Labor & Employee Relations Specialist, Executive Assistant to the Regional Commissioner, and Team Leader for the Civil Rights & Equal Opportunity Office of SSA. .
Jane is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Lazy Bear Cabins, and IS the first Filipino podcaster in GA and the southeast for “Usapang Pinoy.” She also initiated the Filipino American History Month (FAHM) GA Celebrations in 2019 and has been the FAHM Chair since its inception.

Immediate Past President: Martin Gustilo
Martin Gustilo is the CEO and owner of Manila Mart in the State of Georgia. As CEO, Martin's responsibility includes bringing services and food products of the Philippines to the Filipino-American community of Georgia. He aims to bring the taste and culture of the Philippines to the southern states.
He expresses his heartfelt gratitude to all the members to have entrusted him with this significant responsibility. Martin is committed to serving the organization with unwavering dedication and ensuring that we continue to achieve new heights of success together. He believes with unity and shared vision there is no limit to what we can achieve.

Auditor: Doddy Ward
Doddy has a rich professional background, having served as a Staff Accountant at Earns and Young and later as the Director of Home Health Care for 12 years. Throughout her career, her unwavering dedication to assisting individuals through home health care has been evident. Under her leadership, the company grew to become one of the leading home care providers in Georgia.
Now, Doddy aspires to transition into the role of Audit Director, where she aims to oversee all audit processes, from planning to reporting, ensuring adherence to professional standards, and conducting thorough audits of the organization's financial records. She is eager to bring her expertise to serve in this capacity.
Finance Director: Rebecca Redondo Eide
Maria Rebecca Redondo Eide is a highly skilled individual born and raised in Malate, Manila, Philippines. She holds a bachelor's degree in BS Mathematics majoring in Computer Programming from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Building upon her educational foundation, Rebecca pursued a master’s in Liberal Arts from the Technological University of the Philippines.
Starting as a volunteer in PAWAG (Philippine American Women's Association of Georgia) in 2015, Rebecca became the President from 2020 to 2021 and now serves as a Board of Adviser. She is passionate about helping and contributing to the Filipino-American community, specifically advancing the Filipino-American culture in Georgia. Presently Commissioner of Hawd Sa Duwa, a Filipino Volleyball League in GA wherein they build the camaraderie of Fil-Am community through sport.
Currently, Rebecca is a freelance Technical Project Manager where she utilizes her expertise in Information Technology to oversee and manage various projects. Additionally, she is the proud owner of Adventura Enterprise LLC, an organization that produced the first big Filipino concert, she aimed at bringing Filipino culture to a wider audience.
Bringing over 15 years of diverse experience in Information Technology, Rebecca embodies dedication, passion, and innovation in all her professional endeavors. She is committed to making a positive impact and driving advancements in her field through her continuous efforts. A curious tidbit about her is that despite her perpetually furrowed brow that may give the impression of anger, she is actually quite amiable and approachable, known for her cheerful and laid-back demeanor. Interestingly, she used to be an avid mountaineer in the Philippines but nowadays finds herself less inclined to partake in long walks, preferring a more relaxed pace.
Public Relations Director: Juliet Pingul Alvarez
Juliet is a Licensed Health and Life insurance agent with Agencyfi, which is in line with her passion for helping individuals and families do financial planning, for a better financial future and building generational wealth. Paralleled with this, is functioning as a Medicare Specialist to help her clients get coverage for Health Insurance.
Previously, Juliet worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for 24 years, from 2000 through 2024. She finds happiness and gratification in working with the elderly and helping them have a good quality of life. She then founded her own Caregiving Agency, the J&T Helping Hands, LLC in June 2016 and kept it running for 8 years, from 2016 to 2024.
Juliet is very involved with the Filipino Community in and around Atlanta. She is an invaluable member of the Philippine American Women Association of Georgia (PAWAG), the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of GA, Inc, (PACCGA) and always volunteers to help with other Filipino organizations’ projects that impact the community.
Juliet loves to travel with her mom and daughter to the Philippines. She is determined to educate her daughter about her heritage and culture and to be a proud Filipino.
Membership Director: Isabel Fiorella
Isabel has been an active member and officer of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia (PACCGA) since 2018, serving as Programs and Events Director, and in 2024 as the Community Outreach Program Director. With a deep commitment to community and culture, she spearheaded initiatives like the 2024 Toast & Engage program, the Monday Spotlight Series, and started a program collaborating closely with the Filipino Student Association (FSA) in Georgia.
Isabel played a role in organizing the first Bayanihan Festival in 2024 and served on the Filipino American History Month (FAHM) committee. As a small business owner of Beik’d, her bakery offers a taste of tradition with Filipino-inspired desserts. She is also an enthusiastic supporter of Filipino businesses in Atlanta and an advocate for cultural unity.
A major goal of hers as a community leader is to bridge the generation gap—a challenge she recognizes as vital for preserving Filipino heritage among younger generations while embracing their evolving perspectives and experiences in the U.S. Isabel envisions PACCGA as a platform that not only uplifts Filipino businesses and professionals but also fosters an inclusive and adaptive environment. She believes it’s essential for the organization to actively engage with ideas from younger generations, who bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches. By welcoming these contributions, PACCGA can remain relevant and responsive to the evolving needs of the community. Isabel’s expectation is that PACCGA will continue to be a supportive space for all members and business owners, encouraging collaboration and growth that bridges generational differences and strengthens the organization’s impact across all age groups.
A fun fact about Isabel is that she came from a family of bakers and cooks. Her maiden name is Valerio. Related to the Valerio’s bakery in California and the Baker’s Son in Jacksonville FL.
Program and Events Director: Jamaica Villegas
Jamaica Villegas is an accomplished program manager and event planning professional with extensive expertise in higher education, nonprofit organizations, and real estate partnerships. With a focus on large-scale event coordination, Jamaica has successfully led prestigious conferences and workshops, including the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) Annual President’s Meeting in 2019, UCLA’s International Education Week in 2019 and 2020, the Academy of Management Conference in 2017, as well as various international business workshops and competitions.
She has a reputation for delivering impactful and culturally immersive events that leave a lasting impression on attendees. Throughout her career, Jamaica has managed diverse projects and received notable recognition, including the Star Award from UCLA in 2021 and Employee of the Year at the Mayfair Hotel in 2006. In previous roles at UCLA and Georgia State University, Jamaica expertly coordinated international trips for university leadership, managed grant-funded programs, and provided operational support to drive academic and community engagement. Her time with GACHI-Georgia Council for Hearing Impaired reflects a dedication to advocacy, where she supported over 130 clients and collaborated on a $700,000 grant to enhance services for deaf and hard of hearing domestic violence survivors.
Jamaica combines strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills with a deep commitment to creating inclusive and impactful programs. She has demonstrated an ability to manage complex events, maintain secure data, and build sustainable partnerships that enhance community and academic initiatives.
Trade & Tourism: Serita Taylor
Serita is a Program Administrator of Owner Occupied Home Rehabilitation for anti-displacement and aging-in-place. Serita is also a Business Professor at Underwood University.
She is excited about workforce development, collaborating with organizations that provide resources, funding for start-up and small existing businesses, and bringing Filipino franchises to Metro Atlanta. Most of all she is excited to interface with the Honorable Consul General of the Philippines, Raoul “Ray” Donato in promoting economic diplomacy between the Philippines and Metro Atlanta.
Parliamentarian: Eleanor Mae Pascual
A Georgia resident since 1979, Eleanor Mae Pascual joined PACCGA in 2008 and served in various PACCGA leadership roles, including as President in 2014 and 2015. She worked as a corporate and litigation paralegal for 28 years, then retired in 2017. After several years of traveling and spending time with her growing brood of grandchildren, she embarked on a second career as a financial advisor. She is now a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative with North Star Resource Group, an independent financial services firm.
Volunteerism and community service are a way of life for Eleanor. She is passionate about raising awareness about the importance of civic engagement, particularly among the Asian-American immigrant communities, and takes an active role in voter registration drives and citizenship clinics.
Eleanor is married to Alex Pascual, a structural engineer, and they are blessed with three children and eleven grandchildren.

Jhonna is a versatile professional with a strong foundation in IT education and data analysis. Currently, she serves as a Data Analyst at Meridian Cooperative, where she applies her analytical expertise to drive impactful business insights. Before moving to the USA in 2013, Jhonna taught at colleges in the Philippines, Bahrain, and Oman, where she shared her knowledge in technology and analytics, leaving a lasting impact on her students and institutions.
In 2022, she founded Alpha Business Enterprises LLC, combining her entrepreneurial drive and analytical skills to deliver innovative business solutions. Through this venture, she empowers clients to achieve their goals by providing tailored strategies and insights. As the Webmaster for the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia, Jhonna brings her technical acumen and creative vision to elevate the organization’s digital presence. She plays a vital role in supporting strategic initiatives, fostering member engagement, and promoting community outreach.
Beyond her professional and volunteer roles, Jhonna is passionate about staying active, hiking, traveling, and giving back to her community. Above all, she cherishes creating meaningful experiences with her family.
