Important Application Notice

Due to limited vendor capacity, submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.

All applications will be reviewed and curated to ensure a diverse and balanced representation of food, arts, and crafts. Priority will be given to vendors who contribute to the cultural diversity and overall experience of the market.

Selected vendors will be notified via email with next steps for confirmation and payment.

Payment instructions will be provided only after acceptance.

I understand that vendor spaces are limited (30 outdoor / 8 indoor)

I understand that duplicate vendors will not be accepted

I agree to follow all event rules, safety requirements, and setup guidelines

I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee participation

Setup Requirements:

I will provide my own 10x10 tent (outdoor vendors)

I understand that food vendors must bring their own fire extinguisher

I understand that sharing equipment is not allowed

I understand that drinks cannot be sold by vendors (beverages will be sold by Chow À La Carte)
