Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate as a vendor at the 2024 Bayanihan Fest, hosted by the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia (PACCGA), I, the undersigned vendor, acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating as a vendor at the event involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, damage to property, theft, personal injury, and other unforeseen risks associated with outdoor public events. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Georgia (PACCGA), its officers, directors, members, agents, volunteers, and affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me, my employees, or my property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in or traveling to and from the 2024 Bayanihan Fest.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless PACCGA, its officers, directors, members, agents, volunteers, and affiliated entities from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from my participation as a vendor at the event, including but not limited to claims brought by third parties due to my products, services, or actions.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: I agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and regulations related to my participation as a vendor at the event, including health and safety requirements, licensing, and insurance.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this Waiver of Liability, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. PLEASE SIGN AND RETURN THIS WAIVER WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE VENDOR PACKAGE.
