Public Admission is free.
All items sold are subject to approval by the Sari-Sari Market Committee and must receive approval. Participation is not final until payment is received.
Vendors are responsible for setting up and cleaning up their space. Set up starts at 8:00 AM and completion by 10:30 AM. All vendors must be ready to sell at 11:00 AM and must not break down until 5:00 PM, or when the crowd has dispersed.
No shows and cancellations 2 weeks before the event: No refunds.

This is an outdoor event - vendors must supply their own white tent, tables, and chairs. A strict load-in and lout-out instructions will be sent out to you as soon as you are approved. NOTE: To be considered, you must upload the following documents below, before sending us a payment. Please download and fill out this waiver, and attach it below.

PACCGA MEMBERS

Food Vendor ($100) - 10 x 10 ft space only.

Non-Food Vendor ($75) - 10 x 10 ft space only

NON-PACCGA MEMBERS

Food Vendor ($200) - 10 x 10 ft space only.

Non-Food Vendor ($150) - 10 x 10 ft space only

Non-profit Organization ($50) or a donation of equal value - 10 x 10 ft space only.

Fil-Am Student Orgs (Free) Shared 10 x 10 ft space.
